* Summary * This manual explains how to use the updated Timeclock payroll workflow from Employee Rate setup through payroll export. It covers how to review employee pay settings in `Employee Registration > Employee Rate`, including Pay Type, Hourly Rate, Biweekly Salary/Flat, Pay Hold, and Status. It also explains how to use `Payroll Report > Calculate Tip` before exporting payroll data.https://portal.6788choi.synology.me/documents/30/files/35/download Before using `OnPay Download`, `Send CSV Email`, or Auto Email, the correct Payroll Report `Start / End` dates must be set and Calculate Tip must be completed for the same period. Employees marked as `Pay Hold` are excluded from Calculate Tip and payroll export. The manual also includes instructions for confirming OnPay CSV download, sending payroll files by email, and setting up automatic payroll email delivery.

All applicants who stop by the store asking about jobs should be given a job application to fill out, and we only follow up if needed. Sometimes it’s hard to turn people away on the spot even when we’re not hiring, and occasionally we get walk‑ins who cause unnecessary issues. Because of that, it’s easier to just hand them a pen and an application and have them fill it out right away. After that, you can let them know that someone from the corporate office will reach out if there’s anything further. Most people don’t come back once they hear that. This form was uploaded so we have it ready to use in situations like this.

Termination notice isn’t required under Virginia law. That said, if there’s any chance of a dispute later, having the employee sign an acknowledgment can be helpful. It’s not something we need from everyone, only when the situation calls for it. Please make sure Ms. Cindy understands this so she can handle it appropriately.

This form is used for employees to either opt out of participation in the Virginia Retirement Program or to request termination of their enrollment if they have already joined. Employees who do not wish to participate may choose not to enroll, and those who prefer not to participate must complete the opt-out process accordingly. All employees who choose not to enroll in the program are required to sign this form.

Issued when an employee violates the company’s employment contract. The purpose is to prevent repeated incidents. If the same or similar issue occurs up to three times, dismissal procedures may be applied. Since everyone may make 1–2 mistakes per year, records are reset on December 31 each year. Therefore, up to three incidents per year will not result in dismissal.

.This seasonal program offers temporary part-time employment opportunities for students aged 18 and older during the summer and winter break periods. The employment term will not exceed three months. At this time, this program is open to applicants who are 18 years of age or older. Applicants under the age of 18 will not be considered for this program at the TLJ Annandale location.
